Sorry it took me so long to write this letter. I want to tell you that we are very happy we made the decision to have you install our new windows.

First, the craftsmanship and skill of your employees are above and beyond what we expected. They were meticulous in installing the windows and cleaning up after themselves. All we had to do was move the furniture back into place.

Second, When we originally discussed the installation, we agreed that the front part of the house had too much wood to encase the windows with the aluminum casing. When you called to see if everything was alright, I told you that I wasn't really happy with the front portion of our home because it looked unfinished. I then asked if we could get a price on the encasement. You certainly made us happy when you had your employees come back and finish our front windows at no charge. You told us it was a Christmas gift. It was the best Christmas gift we could have gotten.

You are by far one of the most honest business man we have dealt with and I hope that other people will see the kind of heart you have and the wonderful product you sell.

We are nice and warm this winter and everyone who visits can not believe the difference in the temperature of our home this year.
